Jonathan Burshtein is the founding lawyer of Burshtein Law. He primarily practices in the areas of corporate and business law and wills and estates law.
Jonathan's wills and estates practice consists of drafting wills and powers of attorney, creating trusts, providing tax planning advice and providing advice and making applications in respect of estate trustees.
As part of his corporate and business practice, Jonathan helps startups and small businesses organize new businesses, represents clients during purchases and sales of business and drafts and reviews contracts. He also assists business owners with succession planning issues.
