*What's a Standard Will?
A standard Will includes executor appointments, provisions dealing with personal effects, gifts of property and cash (including to charities) and the the residue of an estate, trusts for minor children and appointment of guardians for minor children.
We charge an additional fee in circumstances requiring more complex solutions, including where a bank or trust company is acting as executor; Henson, spousal, real estate and insurance trusts; and dual Wills.
